The following are some random thoughts that are not necessarily related to each other...

Ankle Troubles -Last night as I was leaving a friend's house my ankle gave out on me. I went tumbling to the ground (or rather the street as I was stepping off the curb). I have had trouble with this ankle since I sprained it in college. It is a little swollen and only hurts when I walk on it. I have decided to take it easy today.

Hot Water-I did want to let you know that we do have hot water. I thought I had blogged about it before but I realized that I had not (you were right mom!). Molly and I did not have hot water for over a month and it sure was nice when it was fixed. Thanks for your thoughts about this.

Water- So now that I have just stated that our hot water works, I am unhappy to inform you that for the next 48 hours we do not have running water at all. Actually, this is not that big of a deal. I am just thankful that we were notified in advance so that we could fill up the tub and some buckets so that we can flush the toilet.

Internet- The internet has been sooooooo slow and very unreliable for about a week. I hope it will get back to its normal speed soon. I must say though, that recently I have been able to get onto this site to blog and some other sites that are sometimes blocked. That is a blessing!

Computer- How long are computers made to last these days? Mine is not even 4 years old and yet it has been giving me problems. I have been making backing it up a priority recently. I don't know how much longer it will hold out one me.

Fall- I love the fall. This is my favorite time of the year. I love watching the leaves change colors. I love the smells of fall. I love the clothes of fall. I heard that it is already snowing in some places in the US. At first I was jealous as it rarely snows here but then I realized, I love the fall and am not ready for it to end.
