Happy Thanksgiving!!

Thanksgiving really was happy for me this year! The food was delicious but the company...well, the company was FABULOUS. I celebrated it at home with my parents and my brother Caleb and his wife Amanda were here as well.

Becky, a friend from church, also joined us for the meal.

Five Chinese friends joined us as well. It was the first time any of them had eaten turkey or ever taken part in a Thanksgiving celebration. It was fun to share with them why we celebrate Thanksgiving and who it is that we are thankful to!

After the meal, we made candy turkeys together. They had so much fun and the turkeys turned out really cute.

I hope your Thanksgiving was as wonderful as mine!

"Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations."
Psalm 100
